Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, maintenance & operations and/or development.
Strong experience in eCommerce environment.
Hands-on experience with Firebase tools like Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, and In-App Messaging.
Experience managing mobile app releases including crash and ANR triage, and familiarity with Apple and Google app store release processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting multiple live app versions with backward-compatible APIs and minimum supported version strategies.
Proficient in defining and analyzing SLIs/SLOs for mobile apps by app version, OS version, device model, and market.
Skilled at mitigating production issues without new builds using remote config, feature flags, kill switches, and server-side fixes.
