About This Role
- Define test scenarios, perform tests, and ensure product quality supporting development teams.
- Verify and analyze requirements, review test cases, and identify potential design flaws to improve product development processes.
- Own multiple modules or products, coordinate testing activities including integration, system, and non-functional testing within electrification and automation domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years experience in Power System Domain with strong knowledge of Power System Protection and testing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Protection Testing for Line, Transformer, Busbar, Motor, and Generator protection functions.
- Experience with Substation Automation Systems and communication protocols IEC 61850, IEC 61850-9-2 Process Bus, DNP3, Modbus, HSR, PRP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation of protection and control systems in power systems.
- Skilled in software testing methodologies including test case creation, planning, and execution, with ability to review others' test cases.
- Effective at collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, quality assurance, and support representatives.
