Own end-to-end delivery of features from user stories to deployment, including on-call participation and system observability improvements.
Minimum Requirements
9-12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot.
Experience with ReactJS or similar modern JavaScript frameworks, relational databases (MySQL/Postgres), RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, mission-critical distributed systems with an understanding of microservice architecture and operational metrics.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including product and UX, driving feature delivery in agile environments.
Background or interest in advertising technology, programmatic advertising, and familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools is a plus.
