About This Role
- Maintain and enhance a production SMS/MMS/RCS/Voice messaging platform integrated with Cvent and Adobe Campaign Manager for pharmaceutical event engagement.
- Develop, debug, and manage Twilio Functions, Studio Flows, Sync Maps, Content Templates, and Messaging Services to ensure scalable, compliant messaging solutions.
- Investigate production incidents and manage deployments, technical documentation, and compliance related to A2P messaging and consent management.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Twilio or similar cloud communication platforms.
- Strong JavaScript / Node.js programming skills, including async/await and REST API development.
- Experience working in agile teams using JIRA-based project management.
- Location: Indore, MP, India (Not explicitly stated if remote work is allowed).
