Deliver end-to-end AI/ML and analytics solutions focused on life sciences commercial operations such as territory planning, roster management, and sales force effectiveness.
Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, and engineers to design, implement, and deploy solutions following Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and reviews.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance project outcomes and client value.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of experience in life sciences commercial operations with hands-on experience in territory planning, roster management, and/or sales force effectiveness.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques and their application in commercial operations areas such as sales forecasting, incentive compensation, and targeting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc (CS) or equivalent from an accredited university.
Location flexibility limited to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, or Kolkata.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced practitioner combining life sciences commercial operations expertise with AI/ML solution delivery and analytics implementation.
Comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional teams with consultants, data scientists, and engineers, and capable of mentoring junior members.
