Design, build, and support scalable microservices and user interfaces for Disney’s Ad Platform using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
Take technical ownership of features from development through deployment including defining metrics for system health and operational risk management.
Mentor peers through code reviews and guidance, improve system observability with monitoring and alerting, and participate in on-call rotations for operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
9-12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot; experience with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and microservices architecture with RESTful APIs.
Work Experience Required: 9-12 years. Location: Bangalore, hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full-stack engineer with strong background in scalable microservices and front-end development in ad tech or related domains.
Capable of mentoring engineers and owning end-to-end feature delivery in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multi-team collaboration.
Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), DevOps tools (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes), and real-time data streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis).
