Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) operations including General Ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities alongside balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls enforcement.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships and supporting audit processes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years experience in General Ledger, Record-to-Report, or Financial Accounting functions.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration; CA/CMA preferred.
Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services, or BPO environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in managing complex financial closing cycles and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
