About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI agents from design, integration, testing, demos, to deployment and iteration in customer environments.
- Lead client technical engagements including demos, feedback gathering, and translating requirements into scalable AI voice and chat agent solutions.
- Configure and integrate systems via APIs, set up telephony routing, design prompts, optimize agent performance, and troubleshoot integration issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 1-5 years experience in conversational AI, solution engineering, system integration, or delivering AI/LLM-based applications with hands-on implementation.
- Strong skills in prompt design, workflow building, API integration (including SIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect).
- Work Experience Required: 1-5 years in relevant fields as described.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing technical roles capable of communicating complex AI/technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on with LLM technologies (e.g., GPT, Claude), and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, with knowledge of RAG implementation.
- Proficient in system integration, telephony setup, and adapting AI solutions in diverse enterprise ecosystems with strong problem-solving skills.
