About This Role
- Build and operate platform services, APIs, automations, and integrations enabling secure enterprise AI usage including knowledge retrieval, MCP integrations, and agent workflows.
- Design, implement, and maintain AI capabilities with responsibilities for reliability, performance, monitoring, security controls, and operational documentation.
- Develop embedding, indexing, retrieval methods, and complex workflows with state management, approval flows, auditability, and enterprise security compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or related field with 5+ years, or Master's with 3+ years experience.
- 3+ years building production software involving platform services, developer tools, data systems, or applied AI products.
- Proficient in Python and TypeScript; experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise authentication/authorization.
- Experience with LLM applications, semantic search, retrieval systems, agent workflows, and applied AI security requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior individual contributor comfortable owning technical design, coding, and operational accountability in enterprise AI platform environments.
- Strong software engineering foundation with background in AI retrieval, indexing, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.
- Experienced in secure, reliable system building with hands-on knowledge of authentication, access control, audit trails, and incident response in scalable production systems.
