About This Role
- Design and build scalable, secure, cloud-native AI agent systems enabling enterprise-scale autonomous AI solutions.
- Lead development of runtime components, automation, and infrastructure for next-generation GenAI and agentic AI technologies.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, platform teams, and product leaders to deploy advanced AI agent capabilities driving measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 3-5+ years experience in software architecture, backend development, or AI infrastructure with strong Python skills; familiarity with Java, Go, and C++.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents at scale; expertise in agent-based architectures and runtime components for AI/LLM.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and backend APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing governance, safety, and compliance in agentic AI production environments.
- Strong background in agent development including LLM integration, prompt engineering, runtime systems, and AI tooling.
- Effective collaborator able to partner with product leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define enterprise AI capabilities and mentor others.
