About This Role
- Lead orchestration and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs ensuring predictable execution and operational excellence.
- Serve as the operational lead for critical, high-stakes product launches including establishing readiness criteria and managing risk mitigation.
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and executives, managing stakeholder alignment and translating technical complexities into business insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in program or project management, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, preferably in physical or operational contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic technical knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS or equivalent Technical Program Management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence senior executives and manage competing priorities; proficiency with project management methodologies; PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications are a strong plus.

- Experienced in navigating organizational ambiguity and managing strategic trade-offs across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Skilled in operational leadership for time-sensitive product launches, including risk management and crisis response.
