About This Role
- Own end-to-end program orchestration and delivery for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with clear tracking of dependencies and operational bottlenecks.
- Lead high-stakes transformational projects, mitigating real-time risks and coordinating resolution efforts to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Serve as primary liaison between execution teams, stakeholders, and executives, aligning competing priorities and facilitating strategic trade-off decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of AI-driven transformations (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) or equivalent technological transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall); PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
