Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across Deloitte businesses and offerings within the Cost Transformation team.
Manage and deliver high-impact strategic projects supporting Growth strategic agenda and Cost Transformation initiatives.
Provide pipeline and performance insights to global leaders through quantitative and qualitative analysis and lead internal communication and meeting coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s Degree such as MBA.
6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting firms or corporate strategy.
Location: Bengaluru with mandatory in-office presence at least 2 days a week.
Work hours require flexibility with time zones: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM OR 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing strategic projects end-to-end, with strong project management and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint for data visualization and reporting.
Able to produce leadership-ready materials that tell clear, concise stories adapted for diverse audiences and contexts.
