Lead design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise-grade AI solutions including Agentic AI, RAG systems, autonomous agents, and AI-powered workflows.
Build scalable, secure, production-ready AI platforms integrated with enterprise applications while establishing AI engineering best practices and governance.
Develop evaluation frameworks measuring AI solution impact and drive AI-enabled automation to improve business and engineering productivity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, IT, or related field.
5-8 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar.
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex and building RAG applications using vector databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and deploying complex Agentic AI and multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, and memory capabilities.
Proficient in implementing AI governance, observability, monitoring, and security best practices at enterprise scale.
Comfortable working closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions impacting productivity and quality.
