About This Role
- Own end-to-end orchestration and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs ensuring predictable execution and operational excellence.
- Lead operational readiness and risk mitigation for high-stakes, time-sensitive product or feature launches, including launch criteria, go/no-go checkpoints, and post-launch support plans.
- Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, managing stakeholder alignment, communicating technical status clearly, and facilitating resource prioritization.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in program or project management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, preferably in physical or operational settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficient with project management methodologies and tools; certifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a strong plus.
- Basic technical knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, or equivalent Technical Program Management experience, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage non-technical executives.
