Proficient with project management methodologies and tools; certifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a strong plus.
Basic technical knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, or equivalent Technical Program Management experience, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage non-technical executives.
