About This Role
- Manage and implement technology solutions ensuring alignment with strategic objectives for assigned products.
- Drive digital transformation and IT projects to disrupt, transform, or simplify business processes, increasing team productivity and performance.
- Act as a communication bridge between senior management, business users, and solution teams; identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in product management methodologies, knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with exponential technologies like ML, NLP, AR/MR, RPA, Mobility, Robotics, Digital Twins, and Low Code.

- Experienced in managing digital transformation initiatives with a focus on technology-driven business process improvements.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders including SMEs and business finance heads.
