Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems using LLMs and modern foundation models.
Create and integrate AI agent workflows including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, memory systems, and tool/API integrations ensuring production readiness with monitoring and safety guardrails.
Act as technical product owner collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and lead tooling, architecture, and delivery decisions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python; hands-on experience with LLM APIs and multi-component platforms (MCP).
Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, RAG, API/backend design, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and production AI system integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operationalizing scalable AI agents and LLM-based applications in production environments.
Technically strong in Python and AI system integration with clear understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector-based memory.
Capable of managing cross-functional technical product ownership including translating user/business requirements into AI solutions with pragmatic build/buy decision-making.
