Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap for Evernorth’s Augmented Intelligence Engine Data Product to drive enhanced decision modeling capabilities.
Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to align priorities, adopt processes, and deliver incremental product improvements including product hardening.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic value and impact while advocating for developer needs to ensure platform solutions are scalable, secure, and intuitive.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or IT roles with exposure to AI/ML or data engineering concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
At least 4 years hands-on experience with workflow management tools like JIRA or Rally and familiarity with DevOps and SDLC including automated builds and cloud deployments.
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years; Location: Primarily Hyderabad, India with some remote flexibility; Shift: Split shift 11.30 AM – 8.30 PM IST to overlap US hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical product owner or engineer transitioning into product management with strong understanding of AI/ML or data engineering data pipelines and architectures at scale.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously, collaborating effectively with offshore and cross-functional teams across time zones.
Comfortable driving Agile processes end-to-end (scrum, kanban, backlog management, sprint planning) in a fast-paced environment focused on healthcare technology innovation.
