Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience with extensive leadership in automotive embedded software and portfolio accountability.
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
Strong expertise in bootloader, diagnostics, OTA, cybersecurity, functional safety, and software lifecycle management.
Experience in business planning, organizational design, customer negotiation, and strategic supplier governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior leader with proven track record of measurable transformation and delivery improvements in automotive embedded software domains.
Experienced in defining strategy, governance models, and cross-program reuse to reduce engineering rework.
Familiar with ISO 24089/UNECE R156 leadership, platform commercialization, and managing global Centers of Excellence (CoE).
