Lead end-to-end product discovery and manage assigned products from ideation to implementation including MVPs, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
Own and prioritize product backlog and lead agile delivery processes such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and tracking outcomes.
Lead and develop a cross-functional team including engineers, blockchain developers, business analysts, and testers while managing senior stakeholder communications.
Minimum Requirements
10–15 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, innovation, consulting, or technology delivery.
MBA in Finance from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
Strong understanding of financial services and capital markets ecosystem.
Working knowledge of AI, blockchain, distributed ledger technology, tokenization, and Agile/Scrum practices.
