Lead brand portfolio management and governance for Johnson’s global brand to drive business growth and franchise targets.
Own end-to-end project execution including flawless transfer of new products/processes from R&D to supply chain, and deliver on KPIs such as budget, timeline, and demand assumptions.
Manage project portfolio decision-making to optimize brand needs, cost, inventory, and data integrity across regions and functions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS preferred; degrees in engineering or supply chain are plus.
8+ to 12 years of diverse supply chain experience including project and portfolio management.
Experience in consumer packaged goods or regulated industries preferred; knowledge of consumer healthcare industry preferred.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience managing large, global, complex portfolios or interrelated programs at franchise or business unit level.
Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze and make sound decisions in complex stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated strategic thinking with ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize dynamically, and influence cross-functional teams.
