Own the end-to-end design, development, and launch of scalable AI-focused engineering capabilities using Python and distributed systems.
Collaborate closely with internal global teams and external partners (including Google Gemini) to integrate and extend AI capabilities across the Nextiva ecosystem.
Stay hands-on with software development while leading complex technical solutioning and architecture in ambiguous, early-stage projects.
Minimum Requirements
9 to 15+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on production coding and system design.
Deep expertise in Python and modern software engineering practices, including building distributed backend systems.
Experience owning complex software modules end-to-end from initial design through production launch.
Work Location: Onsite at Bengaluru office, expected 4 days per week onsite (potential up to 5 days).
