Lead development and execution of comprehensive test and automation strategies ensuring coverage of functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
Drive integration of automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.
Mentor and coach engineering teams to improve quality, automation coverage, and collaboration across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
12-15 years of hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, test automation design, implementation, and maintenance.
Strong proficiency with testing tools including Robot Framework, TestNG, Python, C, C++; and experience with Atlassian suite, Git/Subversion, Jenkins.
Onsite presence required 4 days per week as per company policy.
