Ensure network health and availability for Walmart US stores, clubs, and distribution centers, supporting uninterrupted communication and operations.
Identify, troubleshoot, and prioritize network incidents using monitoring tools, working with urgency to resolve within defined SLA.
Maintain network devices compliance and coordinate with US engineers, business partners, and vendors for issue resolution and operation continuity.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of network engineering experience in NOC or project implementation environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems, electrical engineering, or related field OR 3 years experience in large-scale networking environments.
Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and wireless hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Meraki platforms).
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex multi-vendor network environments including wired, wireless, and voice networks at scale.
Capable of working cross-regionally with US-based teams and vendors with clear communication and coordination skills.
Technical skills including advanced routing protocols, wireless troubleshooting, and basic automation or scripting in Python preferred.
