Manage and lead a team of 5-10 engineers and engineering leads across technologies including Java and NodeJS.
Own the design, development, implementation, and documentation of scalable, resilient backend systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
Engage with cross-geography engineering teams, stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership to prioritize and deliver products aligned with strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 12+ years in software development with at least 3+ years managing engineering teams.
Hands-on experience in Java and NodeJS backend development; experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins), Spring Boot, relational and NoSQL databases, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
