Manage end-to-end data processes: gathering, cleaning, collating, and converting HR data into precise reports and dashboards.
Independently analyze HR data with a focus on compensation and benefits to generate actionable insights for leadership decisions.
Own and continuously improve dashboards and reports such as headcount, attrition, people cost, hiring, and ad-hoc data metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Based in Mumbai with ability to frequently travel to Andheri East office.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Engineering or Mathematics/Statistics preferred.
5–7 years experience in report creation and HR data analysis, with prior Compensation & Benefits or COE experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills including pivots, formulas, macros; demonstrated expertise required.

Demonstrates high autonomy with ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver independently in a remote-first environment.
