Lead Sourcing & Procurement function for a West Asia client account focused on strategic outsourcing, cost savings, and vendor management programs.
Manage integrated outsourcing initiatives, procurement governance, and vendor relationships to ensure contract and procurement strategies deliver long-term client benefits.
Oversee RFx execution, vendor management including quarterly business reviews, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to provide high service levels and optimize client value.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce.
Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
Experience with Integrated Facility Management (IFM) procurement or related services preferred.
Work location: On-site in Bengaluru, KA or Hyderabad, TS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership in managing multi-country procurement teams and integrated outsourcing programs within IFM or related sectors.
Strong capabilities in financial modeling, total cost of ownership analysis, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
Experience in implementing procurement governance, budgeting with operations and finance teams, and driving vendor performance through strategic business reviews.
