Manage and deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards for advisor practices ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements, improve KPIs, reporting processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Automate and streamline reporting processes including development of Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, or Analytics.
Advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM (end-user perspective).
Office presence required at least 3 days per week; hybrid work possible with 2 days remote.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI including DAX and Power Query.
Strong strategic understanding of business requirements translation into technical reporting and automation solutions using Power Platform tools.
Ability to work independently managing multiple priorities with strong attention to data accuracy and stakeholder communication.
