Develop and implement category strategies focusing on measurable value creation via savings, cost avoidance, and risk mitigation.
Lead supplier sourcing lifecycle including evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and performance management to optimize total cost of ownership.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement with significant exposure to indirect categories.
Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering preferred; MBA or certifications like CIPS, CPSM, ISM preferred.
Proficiency in SAP procurement modules and advanced Excel; experience with spend analytics tools preferred.
Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in strategic sourcing and procurement as stated.

Experienced in handling complex sourcing initiatives including CapEx and professional services, preferably in regional or global sourcing models.
