Project Director - Product Development

Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team responsible for the Returns Development roadmap delivery, ensuring predictable planning, high-quality output, and clear progress communication.

Provide technical leadership on architecture, design, and implementation decisions for scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-native SaaS solutions.

Drive enterprise engineering practices to improve quality, scalability, reliability, performance, security, maintainability, operational readiness, and manage cross-functional dependencies and production issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

15+ years of software engineering experience including hands-on development for complex problem solutions.

Proven experience leading delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS, cloud-hosted, or cloud-native applications at scale with strong technical and architectural guidance.

Experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, modern DevOps, Agile team leadership, and stakeholder communication.

Senior engineering leader with demonstrated ability to manage and grow global, cross-functional Agile teams delivering mission-critical SaaS/cloud solutions.

Strong technical background enabling effective architectural decisions and operational excellence in modern cloud-native environments.

Experience or familiarity with supply chain, warehouse, returns, inventory, commerce, or logistics domains is preferred but not mandatory.
