Manager, Data Analytics

Lead and manage the analytics and clinical configuration team’s day-to-day operations, including goal setting, mentoring, and establishing scalable analytics best practices.

Own and execute the end-to-end auto-decisioning strategy for new client implementations with minimal guidance, including research, design, execution, and optimization.

Translate business problems into comprehensive analytical frameworks and solutions involving data gathering, analysis, scaled deliverables, performance tracking, and identification of enhancement opportunities.

5+ years of hands-on management experience in healthcare analytics.

7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and governance, with at least 2 years in team hiring and development roles.

Proficiency in Python and SQL with strong software development skills; experience using data science libraries.

Ability to commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana, India (preferred).

Experienced in building and scaling data analytics teams with a proven track record in recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.

Skilled in translating complex machine learning and data science concepts to non-technical audiences and delivering impactful business insights.

Comfortable working independently on strategic initiatives at the intersection of healthcare analytics, clinical configuration, and auto-decisioning solutions in a fast-paced environment.
