About This Role
- Lead and manage the analytics and clinical configuration team’s day-to-day operations, including goal setting, mentoring, and establishing scalable analytics best practices.
- Own and execute the end-to-end auto-decisioning strategy for new client implementations with minimal guidance, including research, design, execution, and optimization.
- Translate business problems into comprehensive analytical frameworks and solutions involving data gathering, analysis, scaled deliverables, performance tracking, and identification of enhancement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on management experience in healthcare analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and governance, with at least 2 years in team hiring and development roles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL with strong software development skills; experience using data science libraries.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana, India (preferred).
