Minimum Requirements
14+ years in software or platform engineering within distributed SaaS environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
Expert-level backend engineering skills in Java, Python, Go or equivalent, with current hands-on coding.
Proven experience designing and operating enterprise-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms with demonstrated large-scale migration or modernization ownership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading architecture strategy and modernization initiatives across engineering teams in SaaS or product organizations.
Technically deep, currently hands-on with strong backend engineering, debugging, and distributed systems expertise.
