About This Role
- Drive sales and achieve targets for the LABTEC/ANACHEM Division products in the assigned territory (Chandigarh/Mohali/Punjab/Himachal Pradesh/Jammu & Kashmir/Haryana).
- Manage customer relationships including order realization, timely payment collection, and coordination with service engineers for installations and maintenance.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts and leads, promoting MTIN products within pharmaceutical and food industrial segments.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational qualification: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry or Biotechnology, or B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in sales or relevant roles.
- Location Requirement: Based in Mohali with territory coverage including Chandigarh and neighboring states.
- SAP/CRM experience and IT operational background are desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience selling analytical instruments or laboratory products, especially in pharma and food industry segments.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage complex customer interactions and collections.
- Familiarity with technical products such as lab balances, moisture analysers, and related analytical equipment.
