About This Role
- Own and scale an institutional partnerships program for sophisticated clients (HNIs, family offices, prop desks, small funds) in India and NRI hubs, driving measurable P&L impact.
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, structuring deals, onboarding coordination, relationship management, and escalation handling.
- Represent the firm at trading and crypto industry events while providing market intelligence to product and trading teams for program evolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or client coverage in trading or financial markets (e.g., exchange/broker desks, OTC, prime services, market maker partnerships, PMS/AIF distribution).
- Existing network among HNIs, family offices, prop traders, or fund managers in India and/or NRI hubs (Dubai, Singapore, London).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a quantitative field (MBA/CFA and NISM/relevant capital-markets certifications are a plus).
- Fluency in English; additional Indian languages are advantageous for regional HNI coverage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex deal structuring with quantitative and commercial acumen, comfortable discussing derivatives, market microstructure, and market making economics.
- Has a proven track record and network in institutional sales targeting trading-oriented clients and sophisticated investors across Indian and NRI markets.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with readiness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
