Lead end-to-end OFSAA implementation and optimization programs focused on Basel III/IV and IFRS 9 frameworks for banking clients.
Drive solution architecture, functional design, delivery governance, and regulatory sign-offs for large-scale risk and regulatory transformation initiatives.
Manage stakeholder relationships including CXOs, audit and regulatory teams; oversee delivery teams and mentor junior consultants.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, or Banking Consulting.
Strong hands-on OFSAA implementation experience, especially with Basel and IFRS 9 modules.
Mandatory work location: Mumbai with work-from-office required; Immediate joiners or serving notice period preferred.
Educational background: CA/MBA (Finance)/FRM/CFA/Engineering with strong Risk & Finance expertise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large transformation programs or consulting engagements in risk and regulatory domains.
Strong knowledge of Basel III/IV (RWA, capital adequacy) and IFRS 9 (ECL modeling, staging, provisioning) with ability to translate regulatory requirements into system logic.
Comfortable working closely with senior business stakeholders, regulators, auditors, and skilled in data architecture, data quality, SQL, and reconciliation controls.
