About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP Security and GRC Access Control solutions across various SAP platforms including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Fiori.
- Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk assessments, role design, user provisioning, and compliance monitoring aligning security frameworks with business requirements.
- Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders during SAP audits (SOX, internal, external) and support SAP upgrade and transformation security assessments.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in SAP Security & Authorizations and SAP Basis with hands-on SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects and multiple support engagements including S/4HANA transformations.
- Must have deep knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk analysis, mitigation, and compliance frameworks; SAP Security and/or GRC certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in SAP Security role design, optimization, and governance across multiple SAP modules and platforms including Fiori and HANA.
- Proven ability to lead compliance audits and risk assessments, managing stakeholder relationships effectively in complex SAP environments.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and coordinating teams across onshore and offshore resources during SAP GRC Access Control implementations.
