Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP Security and GRC Access Control solutions across various SAP platforms including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Fiori.
Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk assessments, role design, user provisioning, and compliance monitoring aligning security frameworks with business requirements.
Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders during SAP audits (SOX, internal, external) and support SAP upgrade and transformation security assessments.
Minimum Requirements
2-10 years of experience in SAP Security & Authorizations and SAP Basis with hands-on SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects and multiple support engagements including S/4HANA transformations.
Must have deep knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk analysis, mitigation, and compliance frameworks; SAP Security and/or GRC certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in SAP Security role design, optimization, and governance across multiple SAP modules and platforms including Fiori and HANA.
Proven ability to lead compliance audits and risk assessments, managing stakeholder relationships effectively in complex SAP environments.
Experience mentoring junior consultants and coordinating teams across onshore and offshore resources during SAP GRC Access Control implementations.
