About This Role
- Lead project management and business analysis tasks for General Banking initiatives involving Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, AI, and Digital products.
- Own end-to-end digital transformation efforts with Agile methodologies, including requirements elicitation, application design, and testing oversight.
- Drive effective communication and coordination across business and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a General Banking Project Manager.
- Qualifications: B.Tech/BE, MBA, M.Tech, or MS.
- Demonstrated experience with complex requirements elicitation and specification.
- Strong understanding of Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, AI technologies, and Digital product domains.
