Support UK Strategy& team in M&A-related client engagements including commercial due diligence, market, competitor, customer and financial analysis.
Lead analysis, create client-ready deliverables using Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and quality of outputs under tight timelines.
Contribute to onboarding, team training, practice enablement, proposal responses, and continuous skill development including new tools like generative AI.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of relevant consulting experience, preferably with exposure to private equity, commercial due diligence or M&A advisory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint mandatory; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
MBA from premier B-Schools preferred; strong academic credentials and analytical ability required.
Work Experience Required: 4 to 7 years; Travel: None; Work timings may vary per project.
