Support IT infrastructure in a 24x7 rotating shift environment, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
Monitor infrastructure metrics, logs, and alerts to maintain 99.99% availability through proactive incident detection and response.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, perform initial troubleshooting and basic remediation, manage incident ticketing and escalation processes.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or cloud administration.
Foundational understanding of server, storage, network, application, and cloud infrastructure components.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud core services and security.
Experience with monitoring tools, alerting, ticketing systems, and incident/event management workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating within 24x7 shift models handling incident management and escalations under defined SLAs.
Familiar with cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and hybrid infrastructure monitoring.
Capable of following runbooks and maintaining disciplined communication and documentation during incidents.
