Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Manage end-to-end PMO governance for large, multi-workstream Financial Services technology transformation programs.
Lead governance cadence activities including update calls, RAID reviews, dependency forums, and executive SteerCos, ensuring clear communication and meeting facilitation.
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, track milestones, manage change control, and provide insight-led executive reporting with risk and decision analysis.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of experience supporting large, complex Financial Services transformation programs.
PMO certification is mandatory.
Strong experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery models and financial services domain exposure, ideally with core banking and payment platform knowledge.
Proficient in PMO/delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Planview, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in facilitating governance and stakeholder management across business, technology, vendors, and senior leadership levels in FS transformations.
Skilled in producing structured, executive-level reports and presentations including dashboards and SteerCo decks with trend and risk insights.
Comfortable leveraging Gen-AI tools for PMO deliverables to enhance efficiency and automation with responsible usage judgment.
