Build and deliver Microservices, MFE’s, and APIs using cloud technologies with a focus on quality and sound design principles.
Lead an Agile development team, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT to meet requirements and deliver solutions on schedule.
Manage DevOps pipelines, analyze and resolve production defects, and align with modernization initiatives for workstation applications.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6+ years experience as outlined, including 2+ years with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Spring Cloud, Git, Maven, REST, Agile development, continuous integration tools like Jenkins, and cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry & AWS.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if no degree, minimum 8 years of relevant experience required.
Work timing aligned with US Eastern time zone overlap (6:00 AM – 11:30 AM ET) plus flexibility, location options include Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, or Delhi/NCR with occasional commute to hubs.
Strong knowledge of fraud handling workflows and workstation application architecture with public cloud migration experience.

Experienced leader capable of managing Agile teams and multiple IT technologies in complex, high-volume fintech environments.
Technically proficient in Java-based microservices architecture, cloud migration strategies, and DevOps practices with a focus on reliability.
Familiar with workstation business capabilities, fraud workflows, and adept at cross-functional collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
