About This Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Configure and enhance SAP PM functionalities including equipment management, maintenance notifications/orders, preventive maintenance, and work clearance management.
- Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, recommend SAP best practices, and support integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, FI/CO).
Minimum Requirements
- 9 to 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration and support.
- Mandatory skills: SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Education: BTech/Engineering, MBA, MCA, MTech, or CA.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM implementations or migrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong functional expertise in maintenance operations, asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Experience coordinating with business stakeholders to design maintenance processes and workflows.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to Plant Maintenance and strong stakeholder management skills.
