Lead end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Configure and enhance SAP PM functionalities including equipment management, maintenance notifications/orders, preventive maintenance, and work clearance management.
Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, recommend SAP best practices, and support integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, FI/CO).
Minimum Requirements
9 to 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration and support.
Mandatory skills: SAP Plant Maintenance.
Education: BTech/Engineering, MBA, MCA, MTech, or CA.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM implementations or migrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong functional expertise in maintenance operations, asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Experience coordinating with business stakeholders to design maintenance processes and workflows.
Exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to Plant Maintenance and strong stakeholder management skills.
