Own and maintain the operational health, availability, performance, and support of Oracle BRM billing services including rating, charging, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
Lead troubleshooting, incident recovery, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives for Oracle BRM billing platform processes and integrations.
Drive automation, proactive monitoring, reconciliations, and operational controls to ensure billing accuracy, revenue protection, and service reliability.
Minimum Requirements
Significant hands-on experience in Oracle BRM production support within Telecom IT or BSS domain.
Strong technical skills in Oracle BRM architecture, Unix/Linux operations, Shell scripting, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
Experience managing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes aligned with ITIL practices in SLA-driven environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Experienced in telecom billing operations with deep understanding of billing lifecycle processes and revenue assurance controls.
