Oversee vendor performance, manage supplier relationships, and ensure vendors meet operational, financial, and strategic requirements.

Manage and govern transition of services, processes, systems, projects, or operations between teams, vendors, locations, or business units, ensuring minimal disruption and business continuity.

Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, operations, and business teams to support vendor selection, onboarding, offboarding, risk mitigation, and compliance reporting.

12+ years of experience in IT Service Management with strong experience in IT Transition Projects and Vendor Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Mandatory ITIL Certification (v3/v4 Foundation or above) and Vendor Management Professional (VMP) certification.

Experience with SIAM / multi-vendor environment preferred; hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, and Excel for reporting and ITSM.

Experienced professional capable of handling complex vendor transitions and maintaining high vendor performance in multi-vendor IT environments.

Demonstrates strong stakeholder and risk management skills aligned with IT transition governance and business continuity.

Proficient in using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and data reporting tools like Power BI and Excel for compliance and performance tracking.
