About This Role
- Oversee vendor performance, manage supplier relationships, and ensure vendors meet operational, financial, and strategic requirements.
- Manage and govern transition of services, processes, systems, projects, or operations between teams, vendors, locations, or business units, ensuring minimal disruption and business continuity.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, operations, and business teams to support vendor selection, onboarding, offboarding, risk mitigation, and compliance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT Service Management with strong experience in IT Transition Projects and Vendor Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Mandatory ITIL Certification (v3/v4 Foundation or above) and Vendor Management Professional (VMP) certification.
- Experience with SIAM / multi-vendor environment preferred; hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, and Excel for reporting and ITSM.

- Experienced professional capable of handling complex vendor transitions and maintaining high vendor performance in multi-vendor IT environments.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder and risk management skills aligned with IT transition governance and business continuity.
