Lead and manage the People Services team to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant HR administrative services globally, ensuring operational KPIs are met.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes, payroll support, benefits administration, and offboarding across multiple regions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Global Mobility, and business stakeholders to standardize processes and enhance service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, People Services, or Human Resources administration including team management.
Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and working with global HR systems such as Workday or SAP HR.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to meet service level agreements (SLAs) in a global setting.
Work Location: In-office during onboarding with 2-3 days per week hybrid work model in Gurugram.

Experienced in leading and developing high-performing HR operations teams within professional services or global shared services environments.
Skilled in process improvement, automation, and use of digital HR tools including AI-enabled solutions and ticket management platforms.
