About This Role
- Manage and execute daily costing operations including cost & feasibility reports, variance reports, inventory and plant reporting.
- Perform reconciliation and variance analysis, and prepare ad hoc reports as required by management.
- Set up master data for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring adherence to SOPs and SLAs in a shift-based environment including night shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting with exposure to costing process and fundamentals.
- Commerce Graduate degree mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
- Willingness to work in all shifts including night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with costing processes, variance analysis, and master data setup.
- Experience or exposure in service/BPO industry, preferably with knowledge of SAP ERP accounting.
- Comfortable operating under SLAs and managing multiple reporting responsibilities within a structured operational framework.
