Job Description
Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Manage and execute daily costing operations including cost & feasibility reports, variance reports, inventory and plant reporting.
Perform reconciliation and variance analysis, and prepare ad hoc reports as required by management.
Set up master data for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring adherence to SOPs and SLAs in a shift-based environment including night shifts.
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting with exposure to costing process and fundamentals.
Commerce Graduate degree mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
Willingness to work in all shifts including night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiarity with costing processes, variance analysis, and master data setup.
Experience or exposure in service/BPO industry, preferably with knowledge of SAP ERP accounting.
Comfortable operating under SLAs and managing multiple reporting responsibilities within a structured operational framework.
