Provide L1/L2 production support for enterprise applications, infrastructure, network, and security platforms ensuring service stability.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, Production Support, or Monitoring.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating environments.
Experience with ITIL-based Incident Management and Change Management processes.

Experience working in 24x7 shift-based operations supporting global IT service stability and availability.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability in handling production incidents and operational improvements within enterprise environments.
