About This Role
- Provide L1/L2 production support for enterprise applications, infrastructure, network, and security platforms ensuring service stability.
- Monitor system health, respond to alerts, perform incident troubleshooting, and manage service restoration activities according to ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to support deployments, execute production changes, and improve operational efficiency including documentation updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, Production Support, or Monitoring.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating environments.
- Experience with ITIL-based Incident Management and Change Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in 24x7 shift-based operations supporting global IT service stability and availability.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in handling production incidents and operational improvements within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity or interest in cloud technologies, automation, monitoring modernization, DevOps, AIops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
