Oversee front-to-back regulatory processes and reporting mechanisms for EMEA transaction reporting with a focus on quality assurance and effective challenge.
Monitor and analyze applicable EMEA regulatory controls, assess impacts, and document regulatory processes within the internal Regulatory Attestations & Control Tool.
Collaborate globally and across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting teams to drive automation, process improvements, and ensure alignment, while leading escalation and remediation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Institutional Investment Operations experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military, or education.
University degree or post-graduation in Business, Accounts, Economics, or Statistics.
Experience specifically in EMEA/APAC regulatory reporting, with essential MiFID II experience in a regulatory-focused role within financial services.
Work Experience Required: At least 2 years in related domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing EMEA regulatory controls and transaction reporting QA with a focus on MiFID II and other regulations like EMIR, SFTR, MAS, HKMA.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-team collaboration globally and lead process documentation, training, and governance meetings.
Familiarity with capital markets products, risk function deliverables (Key Risks & Controls), and regulatory operations systems such as Bloomberg, Cling UI, CID Database, Exceptor, TriOptima, Calypso, Tableau.
