Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution to ensure timely customer payments.
Lead and train the accounts receivable team, supervise deliverables, and handle communication with clients on outstanding balances and billing disputes.
Prepare and present financial reports such as AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and reconciliations to senior management while ensuring compliance and driving process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years work experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance operations.
Bachelor of Commerce degree; Post Graduate qualification also mentioned but not specified as mandatory.
Proficiency in AR software, ERP systems, and data-driven reporting tools required.
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) with night shift work schedule.
