About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution to ensure timely customer payments.
- Lead and train the accounts receivable team, supervise deliverables, and handle communication with clients on outstanding balances and billing disputes.
- Prepare and present financial reports such as AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and reconciliations to senior management while ensuring compliance and driving process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years work experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance operations.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree; Post Graduate qualification also mentioned but not specified as mandatory.
- Proficiency in AR software, ERP systems, and data-driven reporting tools required.
- Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) with night shift work schedule.
