About This Role
- Own KYC processing, transaction acceptance, and reporting in the system for branch operations.
- Coordinate with Registrar and resolve queries from investors, distributors, and internal teams.
- Manage distributor empanelment, prepare branch MIS, and handle administrative activities of the branch.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years work experience in relevant operations role.
- Graduate in any stream.
- NISM VA certification mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook; good communication in local language and English; location: Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial operations with direct exposure to KYC and transaction processing.
- Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders including registrars, distributors, and investors.
- Comfortable preparing MIS and managing branch administrative tasks in a structured workflow environment.
