Own KYC processing, transaction acceptance, and reporting in the system for branch operations.
Coordinate with Registrar and resolve queries from investors, distributors, and internal teams.
Manage distributor empanelment, prepare branch MIS, and handle administrative activities of the branch.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years work experience in relevant operations role.
Graduate in any stream.
NISM VA certification mandatory.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook; good communication in local language and English; location: Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial operations with direct exposure to KYC and transaction processing.
Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders including registrars, distributors, and investors.
